Yannick has been working for the economic development of French Polynesia as a civil servant for over ten years. A graduate in financial engineering and management, he worked for an international consulting firm before joining the public sector. In French Polynesia, he has been in charge of the State's territorial policy, Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Managing Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In this context, he led a series of legislative, regulatory and lobbying initiatives aimed at modernising the regulation of the local economy. He is also involved in several non-governmental initiatives, notably with China and Africa.
