Dr Hervé Raimana Lallemant-Moe (French Polynesia) is a Deputy Director of the Directorate General in charge of Digital at the Government of French Polynesia. He was formerly the head of the President department at the Polynesian Competition Authority. He was a research associate of the Governance and Insular Development Research Team (University of French Polynesia) and of the Center of International Law (University of Lyon III). He previosly taught law at the University of French Polynesia, where he is an alumnus. He also graduated from the University of Western Brittany (France) and the University of South Pacific (Fiji)
