Trained as a lawyer, Alexandre has extensive experience in regulated professions. As former consultant in the banking sector in Polynesia, he also has recognised expertise in this sector. He joined the Polynesian Competition Authority in May 2021 as rapporteur and regularly gives lectures to train local practitioners on competition law.
