Partner at RBB Economics, based in Brussels and Paris. He has over 20 years of experience in competition economics. Prior to joining RBB, he was Director of Economic Analysis at the UK’s Competition Commission, now part of the CMA, and a member of the Chief Economist Team at DG Competition, European Commission. Benoît was previously based in Washington DC, USA, where he worked in private practice. He received his Ph.D. in economics from Boston College, USA. Benoît has been teaching competition economics for the LLM degree offered by the Brussels School of Competition since 2011 and to master students at the Barcelona School of Economics since 2014. He is also teaching an executive course on quantitative methods at Barcelona School of Economics.
